Fritzy 22's Journal, 03 September 2019

Didn't eat much yesterday. Had 2 fried eggs (using Pam in the pan instead of butter) and got sick the second after I took the last bite. That's never happened to me before and I never, ever actually throw up. Don't think the eggs were bad. Anyway, I was afraid to eat anything the rest of the day and only had a cup of tea late in the day. Still feeling queasy this morning will probably have some dry toast a little later.
194.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, I hate throwing up! I'll do almost anything not to but, at a certain point ... Hope you feel better tomorrow, Fritzy!

Too bad! Hope you feel better soon. Some vegetable oils make me queasy; I avoid soybean, canola, sunflower, safflower, corn, and peanut oils - all sources of Omega-6. I do well with animal fats, fish, olive, avocado, coconut oils - Omega-3

Keyten - I'm feeling better today but still a little queasy. But don't think it's that bad. I may break my no soda rule and buy some 7-Up today. It usually makes me feel better.
