A pleasant surprise since I definitely wasn't working hard at losing yesterday. My calorie count, although under my total allotment was even higher than what I've been eating most days. I hear you gotta shake it up some days so I guess I did that. A holiday menu of my traditional half bagel with peanut butter & fresh fruit, (breakfast) Ahi tuna with mango relish, a little portion of steak quesadilla, 2 lite beers (lunch) and then 2 all beef hot dogs on one bun with toppings of chopped tomatoes, onions, mustard & ketchup & relish (that had to be eaten with a fork for dinner) finished off with a grape Outshine ice pop for dessert. Creative if nothing else 😊 I did stay mindful of the calorie content while enjoying my day. I was tempted to order that 3rd beer as we lingered at the Pub to hear the final results of the charity event for MD, cystic fibrosis & MS, but I resisted and drank my ice water. So 4 days before the weekend to hopefully make some progress.
We're getting our roof replaced so have to move a bunch of furniture & potted plants out of the work area this week. An unofficial workout 😀
160.4 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
