Same today as yesterday. Leftover fresh green beans and mixed turnip greens served alongside baked chicken thighs made dinner a breeze last night. If I'm going to hit my goal by the end of the month I need to lose a couple if lbs. this week. I say that cause I'm backtracking to get back the 1.5 lbs. I already had lost but gained again over the weekend. We might pop into the Pub this afternoon , but the rest of the week is clear of social meals. Eating at home makes it slightly easier to accurately count those calories. Oops, just remembered....next weekend is the Daisy Festival. Lunch is a challenge for healthy choices. Spending the day doing lots of walking with my sisters is a plus! One day at a time....
161.2 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
