Okay so looks like the Fat Fast went well. Honestly I was not hungry. It was funny though because when I sat at the table with my two ounces of chicken salad and one ounce of cream cheese DH said, "is that all you're eating?" and I said, "yes, I just said I was doing a Fat Fast today". He said, "well okay then". Later I made up my deviled egg and he said, "are you hungry?" and I said, "no but I need to eat a deviled egg later so I am making it now".

When it came time to eat my deviled egg I ate it because I needed to get to my 1000 calories, but I wasn't hungry. My RDI for the day was 80% fat and and I think my carbs were 4%. Not bad. So today I am doing a fast with my fatty bullet proof coffee until dinner tonight. I know I said I was planning for wine, but really not sure I will have the two glasses that I planned for as I like this loss that I just had. A loss I might add...where there has been very little void involved over the last couple of days as my body prepares for the beat down that TOM will give me next week.

I hope you all have a great day!

My fiancee looked at the 2oz. of chicken and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise that I had on Monday night and said, "okay, now I feel really bad for you". You're doing great though, Jaime! Congrats on the loss. :)

Congrats on the loss! That's a great drop for just a couple days and you are doing so well with staying on plan! I have to agree with Moka about the witty comments re:TOM. Always cracks me up. Eventually DH will realize that it doesn't take as much real food to stay full as it does all that junk food!

Beware the wine....with lowered calories and not much on your stomach, it'll pack a HUGE punch!

Yeah...not quite sure I am going to do the wine. Don't want to mess up a good thing. Then the other person in my head is screaming "but you LOVE wine!!! It is just two damn glasses!!" Then I see the scale number and think "yeah but look!!!!" Then the other voice says..."okay just ONE glass!" hahaha...I guess tomorrow we will know which voice won out.
