Well guys, I went up a LITTLE bit again. I don't know why though because I really did do a great workout and I made sure that I ate below the 20 carbs too.
I don't know what's going on. I even made sure that I drank at least 8-10 glasses of water AND had Metamucil fiber caplets too!

I am getting frustrated.
162.8 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Your body weight is going to go up and down daily. So many things can factor in to it even if you are being really good on your plan. If the daily up and downs bother you, just weigh-in once a week or every couple of days. It's not realistic to see a loss every day (even though it would be nice). Don't let it frustrate you, you are doing fine.

Well, you've lost 2 lbs in a week. The week before you lost over 5 lbs. You don't want to lose any faster than two pounds per week anyway. You're doing great. Keep looking at the big picture. Our weight fluctuates from day to day. As long as you are on track, just trust the system. You can weigh in every day, but compare it to a week ago and look at the trend.

yeah just cruz around and check out other peoples progress! you'll find we are basicly losing the same, and if you look at their journals you WILL see the same frustrations!! Dave 22 is going trough a TOM by association right now for crissakes!! check him out AND he loses AH pound a week! everything thing is right with the world. no worries.
