Last night we went out for dinner at our favorite seafood restaurant. They have fantastic hush puppies there and as usual I ate too many. They also serve large portions of food and as usual, I cleaned my plate. I ate "Poorly" at 115% of goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF up 0.4% and is out of range by more than 1 percent...
Lift Day!!!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

When I go out to eat I have to ask them to bring the to go container with my meal. If I do t pack up half before I start eating, I’ll eat it all.

115% of normal isn't bad when you go out to eat with the big portions!

Thanks ConeDemon, Keilin_4 and Fritzy 22!!! That's a good tip ConeDemon. I agree Fritzy, eating at 115% of goal every now and then before "Lift" day isn't that bad. No worries...
