Staying about the same. I’ve been eating many things. Many delicious things. I wanted to lose a lill but I’m really lacking the desire to cut calories. Guess I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing until I decide to buckle down 🤷‍♀️ Side note, I was doing dead’s yesterday and one of the frequent Sharks at my gym talked to me. He told me I was doing “scary stuff” lol I was lifting 95# while he was bench pressing like 300# He said he stays away from that stuff Lololol 😂😂 But deadlifts are the best! My hammies are crying today
159.8 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

As I was reading this and you said sharks I automatically heard the theme music to Jaws play in my head! Lol.. Deadlifts can be scary, that's why I prefer proper form over heavier weight when I do them. Keep it up, your doing great!

Deadlifts-ARE-The-Best! I actually like them better than #Squats, and you know how much I like #Squats 😜

With the smith machine or just bar/weights? I can do more with the smith machine but I feel like I do more good with the bar and weights. I think all men hate deads. Hubby complains when they are on our list and I’ve yet to see any men at our gym do them. I’ve seen one use the smith machine with light weights. I’m talking maybe 25-35’s on each side for a bigger guy. You are my inspiration on dead’s! I’m at 80-90 depending on the day and plan to be at the 100# bar soon. Soon may be Halloween though 🤪

😂😂 thanks guys! I don’t know why I love dead’s so much. Maybe because they are easy (uncomplicated: just pick it up) and I feel my effort in every part of my body the next day 😅😅

Kenn I am staying lowish with the weights right now to make sure my form is correct and to build up the muscles. Peeper you are doing great! Each week, add a lill bit of weight. I hope I can get to 150 by the end of the year. I think that is a pretty reasonable goal. Adef I hate squats 😫 but I still force myself to do them. I hate them mostly because it really irritates my wrists and thumbs(?) I don’t know. My shoulder mobility is not good.

I wouldn't lift over 75 pounds personally but life is a learning curve for is all. It's free to consult with a nurses assistant in any chiropractor, neurologist, or spine doctor place of practice. Remember you are always better safe than sorry. ❤❤❤

Jamie my youngest child weighs 78# She’d be devastated lol Thanks Liv and Keilin! We are loving the new place! They have room to spread out now. When I come home, everyone is in a different room 😄

Aww, that is great! I have lived with relatives before too and I definitely love my own place.(Although your parents is the best people you can live with) But in your own place you can do anything you want to or one day you can do nothing if you don't want to and you don't have to worry about it. 😀👌

check ynder apps. Fish Fatsecret and click it. check under permissions and see that FS has the right permissions. Also under mobile settings you will see your data usage. In data usage you will find Fatsecret app and when you click it, you can remove data restriction on this app. I hope this helps @CrashtestDawnie
