Back into the 159s. Eating more, moving more. I think I'm on day 25 as of yesterday. Lost track, but the real point is to keep moving. Did not have a long pack walk, but I moved around for a solid two hours. Guess it was good enough.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
