Ok, I'm working on getting back "on track". Went off the rails this weekend, but I didn't totally go crazy. I've lost some weight since last Friday so that's something! Counting calories is what saves me from myself:)
201.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
