No major changes.....😎😎


Currently maintaining 100 Day Challenge:
• Day 30 with 100 push-ups (almost a third to the finish line) - 3,000 completed with 7,000 to go!!


Attended HIIT Class for this week:
• 3 Rounds of each, I go/You go
• Plate pop up squats 10x, BOSC w/40 mountain climbers
• 8 MB Slams, 11 Calories Assault Bike
• 7 Burpees, 7 each side Wall Ball
• 8 Calories Row, 100m Air Runner
• Yes, complete 3 Rounds & move to next group!!


Finish with Core - 3 Rounds:
• HKU 25x
• Bird Dog 20x
• Deadbug 20x
• Bridge Plank :30secs


Time to catch my breath!!!! 🥵🥵🥵🤢🤢💦💦
168.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Every now and then I wonder how it would feel like to go through one of your workouts. Hope to do more than wondering one day. Still need to look up what many of these things you do actually means. Always fun to learn.

Check out a local Independent (not a chain) Gym. Most of them have these type of Workouts & will allow a Free Class. When we burn 600-700 Cals in 40 minutes, you realize the focus & results!! P45 has a number of gyms & they do them everyday!!
