AM weigh in. 8 hrs sleep. Gym yesterday AM, didn't weigh in yesterday since I stayed up 24+ hrs to get back on a reg schedule.
268.2 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
