Yesterday I ate at 102% of goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.1% and is out of range...
159.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Fritzy, Erikahollister, Kenna and Steven!!! I realize that my journal entries are kind of boring and to the point. Although I share my journal, I mostly use it to keep a record of my progress and what ever I think may have influenced it the day before. I have been in maintenance for awhile and still struggle like most of us and appreciate any encouragement...
