PM weigh in. 8 hrs sleep. 12 hrs fasted. Going 24 hrs or so. Them damn pecans got me. I was 274 earlier in the am..
269.2 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
