😊 Downward today....only .6, but I'll take it. Starting off the day with a hearty breakfast of scrambled eggs with crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, spinach and a slice of multi grain toast with fruit....watermelon, peaches & strawberries...on the side. More calories than a usual breakfast but I'll cut back for the rest of the day. Salmon planned for dinner with a veggie on the side. It's cooler than usual here in North Georgia...still only in the 60's at noon. Maybe, I'll join the hubby on the afternoon walk with the dogs. That's if it isn't raining....rain in the forcast. Sitting at the kitchen table watching the hummingbirds trying to eat from the feeder they finished off this morning. Better grab it and fill it up again. 😊
