Holding. Did sprints last night in the pool followed by some resistance moves. Abdomen way down, need to keep doing strength moves. Big yard and house day. May be moving bricks tomorrow if I’m lucky. 😆
160.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
