I really, really wanted a real loss this week. I was good! 🙄 Oh well, There is always next week! 😁
147.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Its that "hoving around goal weight ' syndrome. You just hang in there. List the NSV and ask yourself...What is one or two lbs compared to being kind to yourself??? oh YEAH...then there is the fun of "Maintenance"!

Any loss is a real loss. If you Lost .2 lbs a day for even 200 days of the year that would be 40 lb. don’t you think that is REAL? I do. Just be consistent.

Melissa, have your daughter checkout the YouTube channel: Spain Revealed by James Blick. He is originally from New Zealand and married a Catalan woman. Gives wonderful tips and short Spanish phrases to make your visit more enjoyable. Lots of information on Barcelona as well.

And... As much as I am longing to get to that maintainance goal, @judy, I know it isn't going to get easier. 😑 When I have managed to maintain as you have, then I will have had true success!!!! 😁 😁 You are amazing! Thanks, @Kenna! I'm not discouraged just wishful for more than two tenths in a week. I'll keep trudging! 😁 😁

Thanks, @Erq! I forwarded that info on to my girl already. She is headed back from Italy to Germany today and I think leaving for Spain in middle of next week. I'm so excited for her!

Thanks, @cone. And, @liv, I'm finding that to be true. I'm not doing things differently really, but I think my body is fighting me a bit more now. Slow is OK as long as I eventually get there and then hang there! That will be the true test of my having learned my "life change" well enough.
