😐 Somehow I knew the scales wouldn't move downward this morning in spite of eating under my total alloted calories yesterday. I could have stopped at one glass of wine with dinner but instead had a second....in half glass increments 🙄 That's the problem with deciding to have just a little of something you enjoy. It's easy to have just a little more. I enjoyed that last bit of wine...that I sipped as I ate just one dark chocolate. But, then I had an ice pop while we watched TV. Dinner was pretty low Cal with a nice salad and shrimp. If I'd skipped the wine???? Quite possibly choosing to watch 4 (4!!!) episodes of The Fosters on Netflix yesterday afternoon may have contributed to a lower expenditure of energy. Afterall, it was raining out 😊 I WAS doing laundry as I watched TV...but I did end up leaving the last load in the dryer to finish today. I know it's no big deal and I'll lose the little bit I increased. It may have to be a no wine weekend....
161.4 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
