I've been letting some stress get to me, and it has a negative effect on my willingness to pass by desserts. Not getting enough sleep also has a negative effect on willpower. I need to get back on track, and get walking daily again.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
