Keeper. When you lose a little more weight it's going to look very stylish. I'd suggest your blouse underneath color match your slacks for a sleeker one line for the eye line to follow instead of a break half way.

The style of the jacket looks good on you. I am unable to tell if there is a really unattractive pattern on it. Blue seems to be your color for sure, though.
