I weighting myself this morning and found out that I lost 0.7kg! I just takes 1 boiled eggs for breakfast and 5 chicken feet with soup for lunch yesterday, which mean NO DINNER. Managed to finished 1500ml water. And of coz, I do pee a lot! and sweat a lot! My target is only to lost 0.4kg per day. Atkins the best! :)
143.3 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
