Down a pound. At this rate, I’ll hit goal sometime next spring. I am getting there. Not patiently, but ploughing ahead.
205.3 lb Lost so far: 37.7 lb.    Still to go: 37.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've made great progress! I fell off the wagon myself for a few years and started making a habit of recording my food and cutting calories a couple of months ago. Good to see another old FS buddy not giving up!
