Day 4 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

One good thing about logging every day, good news or bad, is that, because I am logging every day, it can only-get-so-bad before I am *motivated* to ‘dig in’ and do something about it 😁👍🏾

Yes, that's a very good way to use logging to your advantage. It's not always about simpky logging, but analyzing it too, which you do extremely well. ✅
