Lowest since 2004. In 2004 I got married in October, pregnant in December and really thought I'd get right back in the gym after the (now nearly 14 year old) baby. Next mini goal is to be under 183 which will be uncharted territory. Plan is to be there by mid to end of November...then Thanksgiving and then plan to be there again by mid December. Lol.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone. The scale flickered 196.8 and I thought I'd skip 197 altogether. Cleaned out my ears and blew my nose but it stayed at 197. QPDP... I like that.
