Thank you for inviting me to do the weight lifting challenge. However, it is my legs not my upper body that I want to increase in strength. All of my exercises and training are focused at the de feet. I wish to decline your challenge: but thanks for thinking of me!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
