Good workout with weights this morning. I'm doing 300 crunches each "weights workout day". I'm thinking that maybe I should add more leg weight exercises. 80% of my weights routine is upper body. But... on the aerobic days it's almost all leg work on the elliptical stepper.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
