I am not weighing in this week....Aunt Flow is visiting and I am feeling pretty frumpy right now, so I am just going to wait until next week and hopefully see some great results. I am feeling really good and can feel the inches coming off, but not feeling too great otherwise. I didn't do so good at going back to Phase I this last week, so I am going to try to shoot for it this week. We will see what happens! Everyone keep up the great work and hope you are having a wonderful weekend!

I was wondering how both you and nicoandy had an Aunt called Aunt Flow It must be an American thing! we would say we have got the cleaners in GOOD Luck anyway!!
