A tiny increase upward of .2 lbs. Not thrilled my downward trajectory paused, but totally understandable. An evening out with friends, that I think I managed pretty well. May have been a first though when the waitress brought my glass of Malbec and I realized it was an overly generous pour...I cringed a little knowing I'd have to account for more than a 5 oz. serving 😐 It probably wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't already enjoyed a bit of wine at the Winery. Managing the food was easier. An abundance of appetizers at the Winery...a local hangout with contributions from the patrons in celebration of the owner's birthday and anniversary of the winery opening. Knowing we were going for dinner after, I chose a couple of shrimp, a couple of raw veggies with dip & some salmon on a cucumber 😊 The resteraunt presented more challenges than the wine. But, I managed that. A huge salad shared with the hubby with enough for both and some to take home. And limiting myself to 2 peices of the shared stromboli...again enough for 2 and leftovers. Living in the real world 😊 I don't believe in excluding anything from my food choices, but some willpower helps to avoid eating everything placed before me. In the recent past I may have enjoyed another glass of wine after arriving at home while we watched TV. Instead a concoction of passionfruit La Croix with a splash of lite lemonade fulfilled my beverage needs.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
