Inch by inch....or should I say ounce by ounce? Down another .4 lbs. today 😊 Does anyone else hold their breath and just hope the scale doesn't go back up each time you weigh yourself? I usually weigh myself even when I'm not trying to lose weight. During the span of time when my weight crept up bit by bit, I was fully aware it was happening. Not sure why after working hard at getting healthier we can get complacent and ignore the reality we're making bad choices. I guess laziness is a factor. Logging your food everyday can start to feel like a chore. So choosing to stop may come easily after awhile. Especially if you hit your goal. I can honestly say it has become so ingrained in me what a healthy portion size is and which foods are on the "Eat in moderation" list that I am aware when I fall of the wagon, so to speak. That concept of not dieting but making a lifestyle change is so true. Here's to another day of healthy choices! Almost forgot...temptation tonight...going to a local winery with friends and dinner after. Wish me luck I make good choices!
