Another half a lb. down! Well almost 😊 It's funny how I felt so full yesterday with so little food. I got creative with breakfast since I only had enough bread to make my hubby toast so had yogurt with cereal crunchies on top. And I was totally satisfied with 2 chicken thighs baked with a southwest Chipotle rub....fresh green beans on the side for dinner. I savored my ONE glass of wine....enjoying each mouthful. I've tried to stay more active lately so sitting down with snacks in front of the TV hasn't been as tempting. If I do watch a show or two I have my well thought out late afternoon lunch/ snack. Hubby is after me to get into some real exercise like walking. I used to walk with him, but have gotten out of the habit. He usually does his early morning walk when I'm still asleep. I know he's right. I could join him & the dogs for the afternoon walk. I did walk on the beach....much cooler and more enjoyable than I find our steep, hilly neighborhood walks. Or I could choose the time of a solitary walk. Decisions!
162.6 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
