I'm bouncing a little. went to a party and had salad and dairy. still nicely in ketosis but COMMON FAT. ok yaa, next week I'll the to get to the new doc to adjust meds.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Draglist thanks . "Quality fats" I think are still to be determined 😂 I will defiantly experiment with them as well. I'm going on 14 months keto now mostly carnivore. Your food is amazing. Had to unfollow you since I can't afford that kind of meals and it was making me a little sad. Sorry.

Thanks adefeebserver, it was a private grand opening for a very special vet I know. She worked for years to open her own practice and it's lovely.
