It must have been the extra sleep that helped me lose weight. :)

I had some pretzels to bring me over my RDI, you know, just to be sure it wasn't the extra calories. :P
103.2 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL! I think my extra sleep helped me too. I had to make sure I ate some nuts last night just to bring me closer to mine. I have a hard time because I don't always realize I need more calories until dinner and I don't want to shove a lot of carbs in since I usually don't plan on being highly active then. I think I need to eat a little more at lunch. I worry about eating too little and losing lean muscle since I am lifting weights.

Thanks! And nuts are an excellent way to boost your calorie intake with healthy fats and protein; great choice!
