Chris you sound like meπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ why though when a πŸ’© happens do we actually gain in the a.m😞🧐 because the body does what it wants πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ˜‚ I still stick with 198 but tomorrow or Friday.

Not 198 tomorrow. I'm up to 3700 calories so far today. πŸ€£πŸ˜† I do think I was eating too little though for the month with the amount of lifting I do.
