It is not easy but this week has been going good. Tonight there's a birthday party for a close friend. They are serving pizza. I'm bringing fruit. I believe another friend said she's bringing vegetables. My goal is 1 slice of pizza with veg/fruit. And 2 light beers 3 MAX (it’s a beautiful today, celebrating & I deserve a treat). NO CAKE!

Sunday there's another get together dinner to visit friends holidaying from Australia. I'm will need another plan. I've been asked to bring fruit.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
