24.4 Pounds and I will be a old man. No wait, I'm not old. Okay maybe it will just be a century worth of junk lifted off my shoulders. Believe me my shoulders are not strong enough to take that much weight. Gonna feel great to have shed 100 pounds. What a great mile stone. I'm all for doing things together so anyone that is with in 25 pound of that 100 mark lets through a party WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!

5.6 Lbs!!!! Awesome! Keep it up! You'll be so healthy and you'll live forever. You shouldn't think it's too slow. It's a good rate of loss. You don't want to lose too fast and get that saggy skin look. Let your body adjust as you go.

@Runesinger - Thanks! Not sure I want to live forever.
The skin issue is starting to worry me a bit. It looks like my skin is starting to sag in areas already. With 75 pounds down and more than 100 more to go just to get to my arbitrary goal. I think I would rather be about 150 to 160 when it is all said and done but I would be ecstatic just to get to the 200 mark. I just worry that I will need some major cosmetic surgery to get rid of the flab. I'm not trying to be to concerned. I really need to hit the weights to combat the flab. Right now I'm trying to get my support group off the ground. That being said the first meeting is at 10am tomorrow so I really need to get some shut eye. Thanks all for the kind words and encouragement.

You could try the Jergens Skin Firming Daily Toning Moisturizer (Large White and Blue bottle). My skin was starting to have that saggy look and it helped some what - and I'm not that young. It doesn't have a really foofy smell, so it's not too bad for a guy. It has several Oriental and Ayurvedic herbal extracts in it to tone the skin.

Thanks guys. I'm very proud of what I have done. I started out not just to loose fat but to increase my quality of living. I wanted to be more active for the betterment of my mind, body, and soul. When I look at where I was and where I am now it is almost a complete 180. I don't have a great desire to stop. I have my rough patches but I have pulled through them. I sure am a better person than I was months ago. Thanks again ~DJ
