Same. feeling like the number I'm seeking on the scale isn't natural. I'll try to stop trying to reach it, and just concentrate on being productive the gym while not eating poorly.
141.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
