I ran 7 miles yesterday. That helped.

Even though I am still on vacation I will try to just drink protein shakes most of the time.

@selmaperi - Thanks! Yes, I am blessed at 50+ to be able to run. That is why I was disgusted at myself for not-running-at-all for 5 days!

@jenjabba - I've been to Portland then to Seattle, all over :) For the remainder I will be at hotels that have a gym so that we will help. I also decided to take my protein powder when I stopped off at home. high protein is bad for me but 3500 in carbs is worse.

@liv001 - Nice! Yeah the ability to run is a blessing many people do not have. Knees and hips make it impossible for many people :(
