Well, I ate the top off a pesto/artichoke/meat pizza -- over 30 carbs for the day. My ketone test strip came out dark pink, though. I guess this weekend will be an extreme protien weekend.

P.S. It was delicious going down! Five minutes later, I was mad at myself. It isn't worth it.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
