Walking with my son, Matthew. He was up early this morning and said he'd go walking with me. Walked 3 miles, steps: 7158. Oh, lost one pound this week! Yea!!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
