keto carnivore. I got a bag of bacon pieces for half off 🐷. AND I bought a sous vide hehe. I'm gonna keep my protein at 50-60 for a few days to see how it affects my ketones. Should be interesting. at least measuring my meat pre cooked I'm fairly accurate on the protein count. all my fat counts will be over from the cooked meat.
I might go to a concert tonight. free, the little river band. I went to this event least year. but I have to wake up at 3 am. We'll see.

172.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Let us know how the low protein goes, and I want to hear more about the sous vide. I've just started to learn about it.

Erika I will let yo u know! I think I'll do two or three days of protein around 60 and then I'll drop it to 40 for a couple days and see if I noticed any difference. Learned about the sous vide on a YouTube channel, sous vide everything. Those guys are great.

I kept protein in that range for a year, now I'm seeing that I lost too much muscle mass. I'm now eating 75-80 g daily, may need to increase further to regain muscle.

Lifting weights will regain muscle. I don't need that much protein for my height and activity level.
