Great that’s what matters!!! You don’t give up on your self !!! Restarting shows you want a healthier lifestyle and will do what you can to achieve that!!! Best wishes for your success and my greatest help has been to journal in the food diary 👍 Keeps me accountable be it good or bad choices 🥺😋

Im really motivated to keep at this bc I just keep gaining weight. I was at 179 and Ive been on this site for a long time but I just stopped trying and now ive gained 50 of the 80 lbs I lost back... Here's my problem and Im just gonna say it _ Its ME. Ive gotten lazy and dont want to work at it and dont want to meal prep and I dont work at home and Im hot and any other bullsheet exuse you can think of .. I just want to be motivated like I was before...

I’m with you love! Sadly life just keeps getting in the way of my progress. Tomorrow i get bloodwork just to make sure everything is on point and then Sunday meal prep psychosis begins!

A successful person is just someone who never quit. Never. Give. Up. You'll have time enough for that when you're dead.

Your bloodwork will be “ok” until one day it’s not. Then , if you want to stay alive, you will have to make time to do all those things that you don’t want to do. Might just as well start now and leave out the illness part. Motivation is not what helps you continue on a healthier living path, it is HABIT

Thanks Kenna. That is soooo true.. If I were sick I wouldnt stop taking my medicine because I felt better.. I feel like that is what I did.. I lost weight so I stopped working at it..I just need to stop making excuses..

Redgirl1974- I don’t know what your WOE is, or what your limitations might be but this whole weight loss thing can be done without sacrificing your entire life and feeling deprived and depressed. Consistency, habit, physical activity., healthier choices MOST of the time .
