Dealing with a few emotional and medical issues these last few weeks and havent been eating so well - too many carbs and comfort food :( - so I'm not suprised by the result --- One further med test this week and then I'm getting back to work on losing these extra Kg.
181.9 lb Lost so far: 38.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
