Need to get back in to the gym and build some muscle instead of opting for the treadmill because Iā€™m comfortable running šŸƒā€ā™€ļø
114.9 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh dear. I'm the same, lol ... i love my treadmill! I also tell myself "well I'm in a weight loss challenge so i don't want to put on muscle as it weighs more"... lol
