Went to the gym at 9:30 yesterday morning and it wasn't too crowded at first. Did 20 minutes on the elliptical while listening to The Mueller Report podcast. Went to the movies to see Once Upon a Time in Hollywood again, but this time with Mr C, who rarely wants to see a movie. Then went to mom's to check out the sprinkler install. Then came home and made Mr C watch The Ballad of Buster Scruggs. We both loved it.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
