Have you ever tried CALM? You can buy it at the pharmacy, about $20 for a large container or they have individual size packets. Its magnesium sulfate and CALM come in citrus flavored powders. I mix with warm water and it can act as a pretty strong laxative. You have to be careful not to take too much. I usually buy through Amazon.

You may also need to experiment with your diet to help mitigate some issues. Perhaps a dietrician may be beneficial???

$450?? whoa!! That will cause symptoms all on it's own! I hope you can find a replacement that works.

I just ordered and received IdealShape meal replacement shakes. 2 per day....then dinner. Pretty good and it does seem to work feeling full. Fairly cost effective - at least when compared to others.

Ouch, that price tag is insane! I agree with above posters suggesting changing your diet. My mom drinks aloe vera, and she says it works like a charm.

I'm working on different foods that fit my Cal/carb cutting yet does not bind. It's also a matter of physical ability, I've lost 12 inches of intestines as well as my gall bladder, most of my thyroid, severe liver infiltration....joys of obesity😱 Trust me I'm not winning, I'm glad to not have a colostomy bag or worse. It's a kick in the butt to do all this work and not be able to just whoosh😀💩
