Just go for a jog. Weigh yourself. Then gain weight the next day somehow and blame protein and solid food.

Muscle memory makes any losses no big deal. I lost a lot last year running 10 miles a day for the spring and summer seasons. Bounced back in the Fall. Shhh...No tears, only dreams.
