Day 5 of a planned 5 days of β€˜no solid food’ fasting

Today I plan to πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ run. I didn’t run yesterday. I should have.
I should have either run, or gone to the πŸ‹πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ gym.
Not doing anything should not have been an option πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ

168.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did a quick run today after having not run for a week. Actually improved my split mile times!! Sometimes rest is good for you... just make sure you get back to it!! Btw, I just started training for my first ever half marathon!! It’s not until February but started back up with doing some 5ks. The runners high is real!!🀣🀣🀣

@auntiedodo - I will definitely run tomorrow. After so many days off I will be "Superman". I think I will do a 11 mile run...
