Down from 160.5 yesterday. Keep talking exercise, but so far haven't done much. Unless you count yesterday's "romp". Mighta worked! :-)
159.0 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
