Wow! It appears I can even eat Buffalo Wings & Tator Tots...in moderation...and maintain 😋 Planning ahead and keeping the calorie count low during the day didn't hurt. Being busy and running errands didn't either. My go to Club soda with lime when I stopped for our customary glass of wine after volunteering was fine. I didn't even miss having wine. I'd still like to lose that last couple of lbs. (my early goal) before going away, but we'll see.
164.8 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
