A fingernail down. Every bit counts. Forty point two pounds to go. I am getting there. This process restarted at 260 lbs. I’m past the halfway mark. The journey is long, but I am getting there.
208.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
