I discovered that good health is 80% good nutrition and 20% exercise. I began substituting 2 nutritious shakes for two meals and I lost 18 pounds since October 2012. It works and it tastes good.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.6 lb a week
